Leo N. Kruss, age 92, beloved husband for 71 years of the late Ruby nee Rothenberg, loving father of Dan (Gilia) and Ken; proud grandfather of Darien (Szilvia) Kruss, Amy (Nick) Etten, Lisa Kruss, Lauren (Ross) Ettin, Michelle (Todd) Brody and Lindsay Kruss; adoring great-grandfather of Matt Kruss, Josh Kruss, Preston Ettin, Henry Etten, Connor Ettin, Tyler Brody, Ryan Etten and Isabel Kruss; dear brother of Faye (the late Juji) Davis. A decorated WWII veteran, retired chairman of Ace Chrome Corp./Ace Styline and three time president of Temple Beth Israel, Leo was devoted to his family and friend to all. Chapel service Monday, 2:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd, Arlington Heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park.
